The Altrincham-based solicitors, Myerson Solicitors LLP have welcomed the arrival of the new construction solicitor Hannah Oakley, who joins their property and construction team.
Myerson has recently appointed construction law expert, Niel Armstrong as a partner to head up the construction sector. He said:

Hannah was previously an associate at the law firm Addleshaw Goddard, joins the Myerson group during an incredibly exciting time of growth and development. As a property and construction group of over 30, including six partners, the department is constantly expanding and growing from strength to strength.

Hannah specialises in non-contentious construction matters and has experience with advising on larger scale developments, predominately acting for developers. She is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments and warranties.
