The report went on to say that the team at The Hamptons provided the residents had an enhanced quality of life and helped them flourish through excellent person-centred culture, citing multiple examples were the staff ensured that their attitude and care had a positive influence on those living in the home.

As for scoring a ten on the Care Homes website, the website is designed to provide genuine independent reviews from residents in care homes.
